Catholic Education Notes

Notre Dame was lying
Not that they are admitting it, but Roxanne Martino has resigned from their Board of Trustees.

Student Claims her Catholic High School Teacher Denies the Resurrection

"Am I lesser Catholic because I chose to be hairdresser than a scholar in an Oxbridge College?"

Not being English, much less a Londoner, I sometimes find that Damian Thompson's posts are rather remote from my interests and even somewhat unintelligible.   That's the case with this post, which I gather is about Catholic parents being worried on account of their children's academically distinguished high school coming under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Westminster, which evidently doesn't care about academics as much as the parents do.   Still, some things are funny even if you don't know what they're about.  Find out who is asking the question above by clicking on the link.
Since St. Thomas Aquinas never addressed this particular quaestio, feel free to tackle it yourself.
