Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (sounds vaguely DARPA - ish) has done a survey which shows a strong correlation between Eucharistic Adoration and a priestly vocation. They found an even stronger, and to me, more surprising, correlation between attending a Catholic college or university and a vocation to priesthood or becoming a sister or nun. More results here.
