I suppose decrying is better than not decrying

                                                    Who hasn't wept at liturgical abuses?

Though handwringing falls somewhat short of being an actual policy.  These thoughts are occasioned by the Vatican Insider headline "Cardinal Castrillo Hoyos decries liturgical abuses."   We know all about the abuses, and decry them as much as anyone.  The question is, now what?
